Treatments for High Cholesterol
To reduce your cholesterol and increase your lifespan:
Apparently, a drink made from two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of
cinnamon mixed in water reduced the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10%
within two hours in one experiment.
Also, instead of jam, make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder.
Spread this on bread or toast (preferably using wholegrain bread, as this will help reduce your cholesterol further). This is said to reduce the cholesterol from eating
buttered, jammy equivalents.
