Treatments for High Blood Pressure
To lower your blood pressure to healthy levels:
The emphasis for sufferers of high blood pressure is on all things natural - you need foods that are
given in the form of fresh fruits, vegetables and honey rather than the high
protein foods which include eggs, meat, milk, cheese, nuts and beans.
A healthy balance must be maintained between proteins and carbohydrates - and although it can be a bit frustrating at times, you should
carefully check the nutritional labels on things you are eating.
The following dosage should be taken: two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and of honey in a
glass of warm water – up to three or four times a day.
This information is an edited extract from the book 'Honey and its many health benefits' by Margaret Briggs.
