You will need:
1 diced onion
1/4 cup of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of honey
2 cloves of crushed garlic
1 tablespoon of finely grated root ginger
1/4 cup of sesame oil
2 teaspoons of chopped parsley
Method:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.
2. All done! This is a delightful and highly flavoured marinade. Strongly recommended for pork or chicken.
