Honey Herb Dressing (Fat-Free)
The easiest way to make this dressing is to use a clean, screw-topped jar in which to mix the ingredients in.
Leftovers can be kept in the fridge, in most cases, for some weeks, unless dairy products are involved.
The honey you use can make all the difference to the flavour, so decide carefully which variety to use.
On removing the dressing from the fridge it will look cloudy, but don't worry: let it reach room temperature and shake again.
You will need:
60ml (2 fluid oz) honey
60ml (2 fluid oz) white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon spring onion
Salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
Simply combine all the ingredients and mix well.
