Honey and Mint Feet Treat
This is perfect for restoring the circulation after a long day on the go. It moisturises and softens tired, aching feet.
You will need:

4 tablespoons aloe vera gel

4 teaspoons grated beeswax

2 teaspoons honey

2 teaspoons freshly chopped mint, optional

6 drops peppermint essential oil
-
2 drops arnica oil
-
2 drops camphor oil
-
2 drops eucalyptus oil
Method:
Melt the beeswax in a microwave and combine with the aloe vera and honey. Add the mint and oils, stirring until completely mixed. Apply after a bath or shower to the feet and toes. Store the remaining mixture in a cool place.
