Peppered Feta
Serves 4
You will need:
Mixed salad leaves
450g (1lb) feta cheese
3 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
80ml (3 fluid oz) honey
Slices of French bread to serve
Method:
1. Pat the feta cheese dry, cut into cubes and arrange on salad leaves in the centre of each plate.
2. Mix together the pepper and honey then drizzle the mixture over the top of the feta cheese. Serve with the bread slices.
